<p>It is pretty obvious saying that according to the Elliot Wave Theory, we can see that there are five waves up and down over the last 3 months for a long-term view, and the conclusion are only based on the technical analysis. From my perspective, we cannot rely on the theories in term of predicting the possible trends for GBPUSD, since Theresa May has arranged the second most powerful brexit meeting on the middle of the January. Therefore, if we are talking about the possible trend for GBP this month, I would say we still have to hold a long-term position until we see the turning-indication from the candlestick chart window, otherwise I would suggest to hold your position, and wait for the meeting around Jan 19th.</p>
