<p>According to last week's EIA report, it was clearly indicated that OPEC has officially launched the agreement of cut oil production, and therefore oil was up for last week. However, the oil price was down since Monday in terms of the excess inventory of oil, hence the price was down for a little bit, but I still believe the price will still go up for short term since the USIndex did not perform well. I would suggest to enter a long position of oil for couple days until it reaches the first resistance level $57.</p>
