I am Long on banking institutions, based on the RBA increasing purchases today to $4 Billion.

The RBA has already made promises of ensuring rates would remain low for the next three years, this has pushed pricing on property higher with records made today for the most growth in a month not seen since 2003, with a national average of 2.1%, and with Sydney and Melbourne appreciating the most 2.5% and 2.1% respectivly.

This gives ample to suggest that banks will be conducting more business via mortages.

Naturally, should we see taper plans then it affects the outlook.
