This is important to take into consideration. 

Unlike trading individual stocks where you can track the level 2 quotes or order flows, trading currencies and commodities or even indices for that matter you need to rely on TIMES of day for the VOLTILITY times or opposing pairs and other instruments that can guide you or give you an idea which way the money is flowing and how strong too. 

That is a big reason why people fail day trading forex.

Looking at GOLD, strong bearish bar has come through, the MACD is showing BULLISH CONVERGENCE. 

So in the intradday side of things, I am short, on the end of day side of things I am long. 

Especially, with all the FEAR in the market and the current rates of INFLATION, it is a no brainer this might be a runner to the upside.
