The Currency pair primary trade was negative and recently we have seen the pair closing above the Slow MA, if the pair is able to sustain above the 200 EMA we can expect the trend to change to upside. 200 EMA plays a role of identifying the primary trend majority of the time. We have seen a GOLDEN CROSSOVER on the currency pair, i.e. the 50day EMA crossing 200 EMA from below which is one of the best signals in the trending market.

The movementem in the Index is expected to be range bound in coming days; there is an opportunity to accumulate the currency pair as we are expecting the pair to trade higher in coming months.

If we see a crossover in ichimoku conversion and base line and the lagging indicator indicating positive move before the crossover we can expect the pair to perform really good in the coming month.

The DMI is showing consolidation, if the DMI+ is able to trade above the DMI- and the ADX trading above DMI- we will get another strong confirmation.
