Falling Channel is formed on a 5min time frame on the index.

i.e LH and HL, in this condition we advise to sell if the security closes below the previous low.

In our scenario the index is yet to penetrate the lower level, once the lower level has been penetrated there will be an opportunity to sell the Index.

The Index is trading below the EMA which in itself is one of the best trading strategies.

The only condition for not going short will be RSI trading below 20.

Advice : Sell if previous low is penetrated.
