On an Hourly time frame, the Head and Shoulder Pattern is formed in Brent, The H&S Pattern is a reversal pattern.

Price closing above the neckline would indicate a breakout, a position can be made in Brent if the price closed above the neckline.

Currently, the price is trading above the Fast and Slow EMA, indicating an uptrend. RSI is supporting the price action.

DI+ trading above DI- indicates an uptrend whereas ADX trading above DI- indicates strength in an upward move.
