The NAS100 bulls are likely to continue their march towards the higher 20000 mark after backtesting the 1.618 fib extension level into a support in yesterday’s further breakout move!

Yearly Candle: Still a Green Body with a Longer Tail Wick since last check

Monthly Candle: Still a Green Body with a Longer Tail Wick since last check

Weekly Candle: Both previous and current are Green Body with Longer Tail Wick

Daily Candle: Previous close is a Green Body current is a Green Body with a Longer Head Wick

Note: I’m using Tradingview.com under the NAS100 pair in BlackBull Exchange to thoroughly re-assess these high timeframe candles.

Latest price actions suggest that the NAS100 bulls were able to fully flip May’s external highs into support levels from last week and current!

And with the help of weaker US CPI figures results last night, the bulls have broken out the 1-week old sideway consolidating range and created a new set of bullish break-away gaps.

There’s a narrow bullish 4H FVG nearby and from here I like to see a price revisit before the next potential leg up.

I’m going to long again with a very tight stop loss but I need to wait for some pullbacks towards the newly established bullish 4H FVG drawn above.

If successful, I’m taking profit at the 2.618 fib extension level from May 23-31 swing high to low points as the retracement reference.

With the upcoming final batch of US inflation data starting tonight, there’s a probability the NAS100 index’s current breakaway gaps will continue higher and I may not catch the pullback.

However, I’m happy to adjust the next trade plan if it happens.
